2019 - 2020
TUITION & BILLING
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with the exception of June tuition. June tuition will be due on May 15, 2020. On the 15th of each month a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your account, per month, for any outstanding balance that is unpaid on your account. Late fees are non-negotiable and may only be waived one time during each dance season.
To avoid missing the payment deadline, you may enroll in our automatic payment plan. In order to do so you must leave a valid credit card on file which will be charged on the 1st of every month for any and all payments that are due at that time. Should your card be declined, you will be subject to late fees in the event that we do not receive another form of payment by the 15th of each month. You will be notified if your card is declined or has expired via email notification. NBDC accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. It is your responsibility to ensure that your automatic payment is being debited from your account monthly. Our tuition is based on a 10 month year.
Tuition is a yearly tuition equally divided by those 10 months. Tuition does not vary regardless of the amount of weeks or classes per month. No monthly tuition will be prorated, discounted or credited for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, late registration, inclement weather, absences, vacations, holidays, and injuries.
Our billing is sent via email to the email address you provided on your registration form. You will receive your bill on the 15th of each month prior to the month the tuition is due. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are receiving your monthly statements. In the event collection efforts become necessary you will be responsible to pay any and all collection costs, attorney fees and court costs. A $30 returned check fee will be charged to your account for any check returned unpaid by your bank.
All students are required to have a valid email on file at the studio. NBDC is not responsible for any information missed due to email malfunctions. You will receive ALL billing statements and important information via email as well as monthly updates on studio closings and events. Please check your email frequently. Please notify the studio if you are not receiving emails from us so that we can confirm we have the correct information on file.
When sending an email to the studio, PLEASE make the subject line of the email “NBDC”.
WITHDRAWING FROM A CLASS
If you decide to withdraw from dance, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance via email at and you must receive a written confirmation in a return email from our office before you are considered withdrawn. You MUST write Student Withdrawal in the subject line of the email. Once you are withdrawn from the class you will be responsible for tuition for the 30 days following your withdrawal. Should you not give a written withdrawal, you will be responsible for the tuition for the remaining months of classes. No refunds will be given on tuition.
NBDC follows the East Hanover & Madison School System for all school closings, delayed openings, and early dismissals.
